We were honored to host the Master of Science students from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business at our Windhoek offices.
The University has been partnering with LEFA for the past 3 years to conduct research on unlocking value through various projects. This year, the students were tasked with developing a strategy for an EV charging network for LEFA’s future EV Fleet. This presentation builds on the research done by students in 2022 who conducted a study that motivates why LEFA should transition from ICE to EVs in the wake of increasing costs of fuel, maintenance, and parts.
We were thrilled to hear their findings. The students sparked insightful conversations about the future of electric vehicles in Namibia, and we are excited to start the ICE to EV transition in 2023.
